Andrew "Chad" Smith

Project Manager

Chad became a part of the CORNERSTONE Team in 2004 as a carpenter running trim. Soon after, he worked his way up as an Assistant Project Manager and worked on several brownstones in New York City. He continued to work in New York where managed his first project: a high-end OB/GYN clinic. Many projects in New York followed, including a prewar building, a loft on 19th Street, an architect’s personal residence, and a building on Central Park West. Chad is the go-to person for all of CORNERSTONE's needs; he will go anywhere and do anything. Currently, he is working on CORNERSTONE’s newest project in Greenwich, CT. Chad lives with his wife and two daughters in Stamford, CT.
